About me
Andy Lloyd is Head of Development and Partnerships at the International Centre for Life, Newcastle upon Tyne. Having led capital exhibition projects over the last 20 years, Andy now works on the development of new strategic projects and raising the funding required to deliver them. He also manages the relationships with external partners and supports the continued improvement of the science engagement programme at Life. Andy joined Life after 8 years at the Science Museum in London, and has also worked for Eureka, Edinburgh Science Festival and various clients as a freelancer. He is a graduate of the Imperial College Science Communication Master’s programme, a Clore Fellow, a Noyce Leadership Institute alumni and continues to be active in the boundary region of science communication research and practice.
