About me
Brendan holds a BSc in Physics and Astronomy and an MSc in Science Communication, from Dublin City University. With a rich professional journey spanning a decade at the Royal Observatory Greenwich, he has dedicated himself to igniting curiosity through various public and school engagement projects, focusing on astronomy and space science.
His passion extends beyond astronomical exploration, encompassing themes such as breaking down stereotypes, promoting empowerment through lived experiences, and examining the vital role of science in society.
He has contributed to European Commission projects at the Science Gallery, Trinity College Dublin. Currently, Brendan works at the Institute of Physics, where he actively supports current and emerging physicists in public engagement, striving to cultivate a more inclusive physics community.
